Catalina Island

From Long Beach, we went to Catalina Island for the Bowker wedding.  We started our trip with driving our golf carts down into town to explore the shops and pier.  They boys wanted to paddle board from outside of town to Hamilton Cove, which would be 3 nautical miles...no such luck, so instead we played sand volleyball.  Drew showed us his "skills" and went 0-3.

We stayed in villas at Hamilton Cove, what a gorgeous view! We loved sitting on the balcony and taking in the sounds of the ocean!

At Lloyd's of Avalon Confectionary with Uncle Jimmy, Aunt Stephy, and Cousin Gracie.  We watched taffy being made and of course could not leave without an ice cream waffle cone with sprinkles!

The boys lugged down two paddle boards to the shoreline only to realize it was not the best conditions, especially with no life jacket! So back the paddle boards went up the hill!

Tater was the only one who actually got on the paddle board!
