Green Monster Smoothie

So we are trying to make healthier food choices & this is one of the ways we get Tater to eat her greens too!  It is super yummy, packed with nutrients, and easy to make! We adapted the recipe to make it 2 servings instead of 4.

Makes 2 servings:
1 cup vanilla rice milk
1/2 batch of fresh spinach (we use organic, roughly 2 cups)
1 large RIPE banana (the riper the better!)
1 to 2 tablespoon honey
12-15 ice cubes

Place all the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
Serve with a tall straw....ENJOY!

still loves ice cream (as you can tell by her pj's)...
but green monster smoothies are yummy in the tummy too!!
