Kayak & Trails

Drew & I went kayaking early one morning for 3 hours…(got to love Early Bird Specials)

it started off with fog…

Drew felt like a pirate (:

We went along Washington Park & then crossed over once our guide said it was safe..

it was kind of scary to hear the boat horn honk but not be able to see it!

We kayaked around Burrows Island & stopped to walk around on it…

on our kayak adventure we saw a dolphin, 2 seals (one which came up a foot away from our kayak), some Eagles, & lots of starfish (:

We also walked a lot usually twice a day throughout the neighborhood & trails

enjoying the cooler weather (:

We walked along Lake Padden which was really fun! 

Drew & I also had a picnic lunch in Bellingham

Drew & I saw a baby deer one morning on our walk...

& it came right up to us!

While Drew & I were away, Tatum stayed to play with Gpa & Gma!

She helped Gma with laundry & baking.

She also went to the park a lot!
